Installation
WARNING: WHENEVER A WHEEL IS INSTALLED, ALWAYS REMOVE ANY CORROSION, DIRT, OR FOREIGN MATERIAL THAT MAYBE PRESENT ON THE MOUNTING SURFACES OF THE WHEEL OR THE SURFACES OF THE WHEEL HUB, BRAKE DRUM OR DISC BRAKE ROTOR THAT CONTACTS THE WHEEL. INSTALLING WHEELS WITHOUT PROPER METAL-TO-METAL CONTACT AT THE WHEEL MOUNTING SURFACES CAN CAUSE THE LUG NUTS TO LOOSEN AND COULD ALLOW THE WHEEL TO COME OFF WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION, CAUSING LOSS OF CONTROL.
NOTE: The lug nuts must be installed and tightened in sequence to specification as shown to ensure that the wheel is matched to the wheel hub properly.
